  1. Serve as the main point of contact for customers who visit or call the onsite contact center.
  2. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide them with accurate information and guidance.
  4. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company's financial products and services and be able to effectively promote and cross-sell them to customers.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive and long-lasting experience.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to efficiently resolve customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure accurate and compliant information is provided to customers.
  8. Use customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make suggestions for enhancing the customer experience.
  9. Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure consistency in knowledge and service delivery.
  10. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure working environment for both employees and customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Customer Service Or Call Center Management.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Contact Center Representatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Customer Escalations And Resolve Issues.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Financial Services Industry And Products Offered By Regions Financial Co.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field Preferred.
