- Serve as the main point of contact for customers who visit or call the onsite contact center.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide them with accurate information and guidance.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company's financial products and services and be able to effectively promote and cross-sell them to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive and long-lasting experience.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to efficiently resolve customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure accurate and compliant information is provided to customers.
- Use customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make suggestions for enhancing the customer experience.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure consistency in knowledge and service delivery.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure working environment for both employees and customers.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Customer Service Or Call Center Management.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Contact Center Representatives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Customer Escalations And Resolve Issues.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Financial Services Industry And Products Offered By Regions Financial Co.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field Preferred.
