Regions Financial Co. is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team and be an integral part of our success. The ability to build relationships with customers, prioritize multiple tasks, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best mortgage loan options.
  2. Analyze customers’ financial information and recommend the most suitable loan products and services.
  3. Prepare and submit required loan documents and verify accuracy of loan applications.
  4. Monitor loan processing activities and provide updates to customers.
  5. Remain up-to-date on mortgage loan industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions and customer interactions.
  7. Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
  8. Educate customers about loan products and services.
  9. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
