• Monitor and maintain the functionality and performance of our various IT applications and systems
• Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot any issues or errors that may arise
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications

• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and procedures for applications and systems
