
Identity and Access Management (IAM) SailPoint Engineer

- Design and implement effective and efficient IAM solutions utilizing SailPoint technology to ensure security and accessibility of financial services for customers.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with industry best practices to safeguard sensitive data and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and provide technical expertise on IAM solutions.
- Configure and manage SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow platforms, including user provisioning, access request and approval workflows, role-based access controls, and identity governance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM systems to identify and address any potential vulnerabilities or risks.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in IAM and cybersecurity, and make recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide training and support to other team members on SailPoint technology and IAM processes.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure the effective integration and management of IAM systems.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure the availability and reliability of IAM systems in the event of a crisis.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IAM systems, processes, and procedures.
- Embrace a culture of continuous improvement and actively identify opportunities to enhance the security and functionality of IAM systems.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Identity And Access Management, Preferably With Sailpoint Software
Strong Understanding Of Iam Concepts And Industry Standards Such As Saml, Ldap, And Oauth
Experience With Implementing And Managing Sailpoint Identityiq Or Identitynow In A Large Enterprise Environment
Familiarity With Programming Languages Such As Java, Javascript, And Sql, As Well As Experience With Scripting Languages Such As Powershell Or Python.
