- Design and implement an effective Identity and Access Management (IAM) system using SailPoint products.
- Maintain and continuously improve the IAM infrastructure, ensuring it meets the company's security and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the company's data access needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate them.
- Develop and maintain documentation on IAM processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the IAM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in the field of IAM and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Train and educate employees on IAM policies and procedures to promote a culture of data security.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, IT teams, and business users, to understand requirements and provide updates on IAM initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on SailPoint products and provide guidance and support to other team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Identity And Access Management, Specifically With Sailpoint Technologies.
Strong Understanding Of Iam Concepts And Principles, Including Role-Based Access Control, Identity Governance, And Privileged Access Management.
Experience With Implementing And Managing Sailpoint Identityiq Or Identitynow Solutions.
Familiarity With Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Pci Dss And Gdpr, And Their Impact On Iam Processes And Procedures.
