  1. Develop, implement, and maintain the Active Directory infrastructure for Regions Financial Co.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure access management solutions.
  3. Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Active Directory and IAM systems.
  4. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure the security and compliance of the Active Directory environment.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IAM and Active Directory to continuously improve processes and systems.
  6. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and end-users.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation related to Active Directory infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
  8. Identify and address potential security threats and vulnerabilities within the Active Directory environment.
  9. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to implement new technologies and upgrades related to IAM and Active Directory.
  10. Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing for the Active Directory environment.
  11. Train and educate end-users on Active Directory best practices and security protocols.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert for Active Directory and IAM related projects and initiatives.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to IAM and Active Directory.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.
  15. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the Active Directory infrastructure to enhance security, efficiency, and scalability.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Active Directory Administration And Management, Including User And Group Management, Group Policy, And Security Configurations.

  • Expertise In Implementing And Maintaining Identity And Access Management (Iam) Solutions, Such As Single Sign-On (Sso), Multi-Factor Authentication (Mfa), And Privileged Access Management (Pam).

  • Strong Understanding Of Network And System Security Principles, Including Encryption, Access Controls, And Vulnerability Management.

  • Proven Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Supporting Iam Solutions For Large Enterprise Environments, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
