- Oversee and manage the implementation and maintenance of HR technology systems
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of HR processes and workflows to ensure effective integration with technology solutions
- Identify and recommend new technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes
- Collaborate with HR team members to understand their technology needs and provide ongoing support and training
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR technology
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR systems
- Develop and maintain user guides and documentation for HR technology systems
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
- Take ownership of projects related to HR technology, including planning, testing, and implementation
- Maintain relationships with vendors and manage contracts and service agreements
- Provide regular updates and reports to HR leadership on the performance and usage of HR technology systems
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for system enhancements
- Train new employees and provide ongoing support to all users of HR technology systems
- Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience of HR technology systems.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr Technology Consulting Or Implementation
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Systems, Including Hris, Ats, Performance Management, And Learning Management Systems
Experience With Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Hr Stakeholders And Technical Teams
