  1. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and track company performance.
  3. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to various stakeholders, including senior management.
  4. Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and KPIs to identify trends and potential risks.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  6. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
  7. Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for budget vs. actual results.
  8. Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements to drive efficiency and profitability.
  9. Stay updated on industry and market trends to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
  10. Participate in ad-hoc projects to support the company's financial goals and objectives.
  11. Comply with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures related to financial planning and analysis.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their financial analysis skills.
  13. Proactively identify and communicate potential financial risks and opportunities to management.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies and initiatives.
  15. Conduct research and analysis on competitors and industry benchmarks to drive competitive advantage.
