- Develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect financial crimes within the organization
- Conduct thorough analysis of financial data and transactions to identify potential fraudulent activity
- Stay up-to-date on current financial crime trends, regulations, and best practices
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Create and maintain reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of implemented strategies
- Conduct investigations into suspected financial crimes and work with law enforcement when necessary
- Advise and provide guidance to management and other team members on financial crime-related matters
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance fraud prevention and detection measures
- Conduct training for employees on financial crime prevention and detection techniques
- Monitor and review customer accounts for suspicious activity and take appropriate action as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Financial Crimes Compliance Or Fraud Detection.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Patterns And Trends In Complex Financial Data.
Proficiency In Industry-Standard Software And Tools For Fraud Detection And Investigation.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Financial Crimes And Ability To Ensure Compliance With These Regulations.
