- Monitor customer accounts and transactions for any signs of suspicious activity, and take appropriate action when necessary.

- Prepare detailed reports and documentation of investigative findings for management and regulatory agencies.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement and regulatory agencies, regarding potential financial crimes.
- Utilize various tools and systems to identify and track potential financial crimes.
- Identify and escalate any potential risks or gaps in processes related to BSA/AML compliance.
