Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor, maintain, and update the Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) program in accordance with current regulations.
  2. Develop and implement processes for financial systems that adhere to SOX requirements.
  3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with SOX regulations.
  4. Ensure SOX compliance by performing periodic risk assessments.
  5. Analyze and interpret financial statements to identify any potential risks or areas of non-compliance.
  6. Develop and maintain financial documents according to SOX requirements.
  7. Maintain accurate records of SOX compliance activities.
  8. Participate in internal and external SOX audits.
  9. Provide guidance and support to other departments regarding SOX compliance.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate SOX projects and ensure timely completion.

Job Qualifications

  • At Least Years Of Experience In Financial Controls

  • Understanding Of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Gaap) And International Financial Reporting Standards (Ifrs)
