- Track customer complaints and provide regular updates to management.
- Maintain a customer-focused attitude and handle customer interactions with empathy and understanding.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking and financial industry regulations and guidelines.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on customer service best practices.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their complaints have been resolved.
