In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving all escalated customer complaints in a timely manner. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to escalated customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Investigate customer complaints to determine root cause of the issue and identify potential solutions.
  3. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  4. Use problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer complaints.
  5. Track customer complaints and provide regular updates to management.
  6. Maintain a customer-focused attitude and handle customer interactions with empathy and understanding.
  7. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking and financial industry regulations and guidelines.
  9. Provide training and guidance to team members on customer service best practices.
  10. Follow up with customers to ensure their complaints have been resolved.
