Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that all quality control activities are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  2. Analyze and evaluate data to identify and resolve operational issues.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure quality control procedures are being adhered to.
  4. Document and communicate findings to management and other internal stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and track performance against key metrics.
  6. Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and procedures.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance.
  8. Assist in developing and maintaining customer service standards.
  9. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
