
Digital User Experience (UX) Researcher

- Conduct user research: The primary responsibility of the Digital User Experience Researcher will be to conduct research to gain a deep understanding of user behavior and needs. This will involve designing and executing research studies, analyzing data, and presenting insights and recommendations to inform product development and design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The Digital User Experience Researcher will work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure that user research is integrated throughout the product development process. - Communicate insights and recommendations: The Digital User Experience Researcher will be responsible for effectively communicating research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. This will involve creating reports, presentations, and other materials to share insights and make a compelling case for user-centric design decisions.
- Continuously advocate for the user: The Digital User Experience Researcher will act as an advocate for the user, ensuring that their needs and insights are considered throughout the product development process.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, User Experience Design, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Conducting User Research And Usability Testing In A Corporate Or Agency Environment.
Proficiency In User Research Methods And Tools, Such As Surveys, Interviews, Eye Tracking, And Usability Testing Software.
Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Translate Research Findings Into Actionable Insights And Recommendations For Product Design And Development.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Research Findings To Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
