Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Business Systems Analyst Role, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
Proficiency In Dialer Systems And Software, Such As Avaya Or Noble Systems.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
