  1. Analyze and assess current dialer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer interactions through dialer systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify business needs for dialer system enhancements.
  4. Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in dialer system performance.
  5. Design, test, and implement new dialer system features and functionalities to improve customer experience.
  6. Monitor and track dialer system performance metrics to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
  7. Provide regular reports and updates on dialer system performance to upper management.
  8. Work closely with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to dialer systems.
  9. Train and support end-users on dialer system functionalities and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Business Systems Analyst Role, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Proficiency In Dialer Systems And Software, Such As Avaya Or Noble Systems.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Implement Solutions.
