  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive SIEM strategy to protect the company's systems and data.

  4. Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure all security protocols and procedures are properly implemented and followed.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in cyber security to continuously improve the company's security measures.
  6. Conduct regular assessments and audits of the company's security systems to identify any vulnerabilities and implement necessary updates and improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Siem Technologies And Tools: A Cyber Security Manager At Regions Financial Co. Must Have Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Using Siem Technologies, Such As Splunk, Arcsight, Or Ibm Qradar. They Should Also Be Familiar With Log Analysis, Correlation, And Threat Detection Using These Tools.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network And System Security: To Effectively Manage And Monitor The Security Of The Organization's Systems, A Cyber Security Manager Must Have A Solid Understanding Of Network And System Security Principles, Protocols, And Best Practices.

  • Experience With Incident Response And Threat Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have Experience In Handling Security Incidents And Managing The Response Process. They Should Also Be Well-Versed In Threat Intelligence And Able To Proactively Identify And Mitigate Potential Threats.
