  1. Conduct thorough credit analysis for commercial loan applications.
  2. Monitor and manage existing commercial loan portfolio to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored credit solutions.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues in various departments, such as risk management and underwriting, to assess and mitigate potential risks.
  5. Stay updated on market trends and changes in credit products to effectively advise clients and make informed lending decisions.
  6. Prepare and present credit proposals to senior management for approval.
  7. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of credit portfolio performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
  9. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  10. Ensure all loan documentation and processes are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  11. Work closely with sales and business development teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  12. Continuously assess and improve credit processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Maintain a high level of customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Lending Or Credit Analysis.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Analysis, Credit Risk Assessment, And Underwriting Principles.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
