- Analyze and evaluate the creditworthiness of commercial clients through financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data.
- Monitor and manage the performance of the commercial credit portfolio to ensure profitability and risk management.
- Identify potential risks and make recommendations for mitigating actions to senior management.
- Conduct industry and market analysis to stay informed of current trends and potential impact on the credit portfolio.
- Collaborate with other departments such as underwriting, lending, and risk management to ensure accurate and timely credit decisions.
- Prepare and present reports on portfolio performance, including trends, key metrics, and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all credit decisions are in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and train junior analysts to ensure a high level of performance and professional development within the team.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Credit Analysis, Preferably In A Commercial Banking Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Statements, Credit Risk Assessment, And Loan Structuring.
Proficient In Financial Analysis Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
