  1. Conduct detailed analysis of credit products, including income property finance, to identify risks and opportunities for clients.
  2. Utilize knowledge of credit products to develop and maintain effective credit policies and procedures.
  3. Monitor and assess the credit risk of clients in the income property finance market.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of credit product analysis.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in credit products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  7. Prepare and present reports and presentations on credit product performance and market trends.
  8. Communicate with clients to collect and analyze financial information and assess creditworthiness.
  9. Conduct due diligence and risk assessments on potential clients and credit product opportunities.
  10. Assist in the development and implementation of new credit products and initiatives.
  11. Work closely with credit officers and underwriters to ensure credit products are compliant with regulations and company policies.
  12. Participate in team meetings and provide input on strategies for improving credit product offerings and processes.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized records of credit product analysis and client interactions.
  14. Continuously review and improve credit product analysis methods and tools.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to colleagues on credit products and industry trends.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Analytical And Financial Modeling Skills.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Credit Analysis, Preferably In Income Property Finance.

  • Knowledge Of Commercial Real Estate Market And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Clients And Colleagues At All Levels.
