Job Description

We are looking for a Corporate Trust Relationship Consultant to join the team at Regions Financial Co. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about providing superior customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. The Corporate Trust Relationship Consultant is responsible for providing trust and asset management services to clients, developing trust relationships, and ensuring that all trust accounts are administered in accordance with the client’s wishes and applicable laws. The successful applicant will need to be knowledgeable of trust laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and have a strong customer service focus.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, plus a minimum of five years' experience in the Trust and Asset Management industry. You should also have excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments. A CFP, CPA, or JD designation is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide trust and asset management services to clients.
  2. Develop trust relationships with clients.
  3. Administer trust accounts in accordance with the client’s wishes and applicable laws.
  4. Stay up-to-date on trust laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  5. Provide superior customer service to clients.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients and other departments.
  7. Solve any trust-related problems that arise.
  8. Make sound decisions in the best interest of the client.
  9. Work independently and collaboratively with other departments.
  10. Maintain a CFP, CPA, or JD designation (if applicable).
