Job Description

Regions Financial Co. is seeking an experienced Corporate Security Senior Manager to join our growing security team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for security and safety, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective security strategies and protocols. The Corporate Security Senior Manager will be responsible for leading a team to ensure the safety and security of our employees, customers, and facilities.The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the security field, including experience in physical security, investigations, and risk management. A Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field is preferred. They must also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement, security vendors, and other stakeholders. The Corporate Security Senior Manager must be highly organized and have the leadership skills necessary to motivate and lead a team of security professionals. The successful candidate must also be a self-starter, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and changing environment. Experience with security system integration and compliance with regulatory requirements is also essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective security strategies and protocols to ensure the safety and security of employees, customers, and facilities.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of security professionals.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement, security vendors, and other stakeholders.
  4. Provide guidance on security system integration and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Ensure conformity with security policies and procedures.
  6. Conduct investigations and risk management assessments.
  7. Prepare regular reports on security issues and activities.
  8. Monitor security trends and developments and recommend changes to security policies when necessary.
  9. Maintain up to date knowledge of security related technologies and processes.
  10. Provide guidance and training to staff on security protocols.
