  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate compliance program that aligns with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  2. Oversee a team of compliance professionals and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
  3. Monitor changes in laws and regulations and assess their impact on the organization, making necessary updates to the compliance program.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  5. Conduct regular audits and reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of the compliance program and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Communicate compliance expectations and requirements to all levels of the organization, promoting a culture of compliance.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance-related matters and provide guidance and support to employees and management.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory agencies and stay updated on their expectations and requirements.
  9. Investigate and address any compliance violations or concerns, taking appropriate corrective actions and implementing preventative measures.
  10. Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and the board of directors, highlighting any potential risks and areas of improvement.
  11. Continuously assess and improve the compliance program to ensure it remains effective and up-to-date.
  12. Lead by example and serve as a role model for ethical behavior and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Laws And Regulations That Govern The Financial Industry, Including Anti-Money Laundering, Consumer Protection, And Data Privacy.

  • Experience In Risk Management And Compliance: A Successful Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Managing Compliance And Risk Within A Financial Institution, With A Proven Track Record Of Identifying And Mitigating Potential Compliance Risks.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Manager, This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Compliance Professionals, As Well As Collaborate With Other Departments And Senior Leadership To Ensure Compliance Efforts Are Aligned With Business Goals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Corporate Compliance Function Manager Will Be Responsible For Communicating Complex Compliance Issues To Various Stakeholders, Both Internal And External. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Identify Potential Compliance Issues And Develop Effective Solutions. They Should Also Be Able To Think Critically And Make Sound Decisions Under Pressure.
