- Develop and implement compliance monitoring and testing procedures to ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards within the organization.
- Conduct reviews and assessments of company policies, procedures, and practices to identify potential compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and laws to ensure the organization is in compliance with all relevant requirements.
- Work closely with various departments to provide guidance and support on compliance-related matters.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues, and communicate findings to management.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to educate employees on compliance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during compliance audits and examinations.
- Communicate updates and changes in regulatory requirements to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
- Analyze data and produce reports to track compliance efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as a resource for employees regarding compliance policies and procedures, and provide guidance on ethical and legal issues.
- Proactively identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of compliance activities, including audits, training, and reports.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Compliance, Risk Management, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards Related To Banking And Financial Services.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Compliance Risks.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Compliance Issues To Stakeholders.
