  1. Develop and implement compliance monitoring and testing procedures to ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards within the organization.
  2. Conduct reviews and assessments of company policies, procedures, and practices to identify potential compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and laws to ensure the organization is in compliance with all relevant requirements.
  4. Work closely with various departments to provide guidance and support on compliance-related matters.
  5. Investigate and resolve compliance issues, and communicate findings to management.
  6. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to educate employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  7. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during compliance audits and examinations.
  8. Communicate updates and changes in regulatory requirements to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
  9. Analyze data and produce reports to track compliance efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Act as a resource for employees regarding compliance policies and procedures, and provide guidance on ethical and legal issues.
  11. Proactively identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  12. Maintain organized and accurate records of compliance activities, including audits, training, and reports.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Compliance, Risk Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards Related To Banking And Financial Services.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Compliance Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Compliance Issues To Stakeholders.
