Regions Financial Co. is seeking a talented, customer-focused Contact Center Phone Banker to join our team. To be successful in this role, the Contact Center Phone Banker must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience. Furthermore, this position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts, and a knack for problem-solving. Experience in a call center environment is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities:

  1. Answer incoming customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Provide accurate information about products and services.
  3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.

  6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and provide insight to management for improvement.
  8. Remain knowledgeable of all products and services offered by the company.
  9. Adhere to all customer service standards and policies.
