The right candidate will have excellent communication and computer skills and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries over the phone in a timely and professional manner. • Demonstrate ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries. • Utilize available resources to effectively resolve customer issues or inquiries. • Maintain customer service standards and ensure customer satisfaction. • Accurately document customer interactions in customer service databases. • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing helpful and accurate solutions. • Actively listen to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems. • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and understanding of product and services. • Remain up-to-date on product changes, new services, and policies. • Maintain professional demeanor and composure in high-pressure situations. • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues. • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and procedures. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create and update customer records. • Bilingual language skills are a plus, but not required.
