5. Monitor and analyze project costs and develop strategies to optimize budgets.
6. Resolve disputes and issues that arise during the construction process.
7. Negotiate contracts and other agreements with vendors and subcontractors.
8. Prepare and review reports on project progress and performance.
9. Develop and manage relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
10. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and other stakeholders.
