In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of data-driven compliance strategies and initiatives.   1. Develop and implement data-driven compliance strategies and initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance for the company.
  2. Stay updated on all relevant compliance regulations and guidelines and ensure that the company's policies and procedures align with them.
  3. Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to identify potential compliance risks and make recommendations for corrective actions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify areas of improvement, and implement solutions to enhance compliance processes.
  5. Oversee the development and maintenance of compliance data systems and databases.
  6. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Train and educate team members on compliance-related topics and best practices.
  8. Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and external auditors.
  9. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance goals are aligned with business objectives.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to compliance data and analytics and provide recommendations for continual improvement.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of compliance data analysts to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
  12. Communicate complex compliance data and analytics information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Compliance And Risk Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Compliance Regulations And Risk Management Practices, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role.

  • Proficiency In Data Analytics And Reporting: The Compliance Data & Analytics Manager Will Be Responsible For Analyzing Large Amounts Of Data To Identify Potential Compliance Issues. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Advanced Skills In Data Analytics And Reporting Tools Such As Sql, Excel, And Tableau.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Industry Regulations: Regions Financial Co. Operates In A Highly Regulated Industry, And The Compliance Data & Analytics Manager Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of Relevant Regulations And Laws, Such As The Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering Laws, And Consumer Protection Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: This Role Involves Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Compliance Officers, It Professionals, And Senior Management. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Collaborate And Lead These Teams.
