As a Commercial Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with our commercial clients, providing them with top-notch financial solutions, and helping them achieve their business goals.   1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients through regular communication and interactions.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for commercial clients and provide them with exceptional customer service.
  3. Understand the unique needs and goals of each client and develop tailored financial solutions to help them achieve their objectives.
  4. Monitor and analyze clients' financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as lending and risk management, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  6. Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their accounts, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the financial market to anticipate clients' needs and provide relevant advice.
  8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the company to effectively promote and cross-sell to clients.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  10. Serve as a brand ambassador for the company and represent us in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Commercial Banking Or Relationship Management

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Managing Commercial Client Relationships

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services, Including Loans, Lines Of Credit, And Cash Management Solutions

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Teams And External Clients.
