  1. Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for commercial clients and provide excellent customer service.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential commercial clients and understand their financial needs.
  4. Collaborate with internal departments, such as credit, risk, and underwriting, to ensure timely and accurate completion of loan applications and approvals.
  5. Monitor and manage loan portfolio to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  6. Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional banking products and services to clients.
  7. Build and maintain a network of referral sources to generate new business leads.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to anticipate and proactively address potential challenges.
  9. Cultivate a positive and professional image for the company by representing the brand at industry events and conferences.
  10. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the commercial banking team.
  11. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for business growth and customer retention.
  12. Uphold a high level of integrity and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  13. Provide regular reports and updates on client relationships, loan portfolio, and sales performance to management.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Lending, Banking, Or Financial Services.

  • Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Clients And Generating New Business.

  • Knowledge Of Commercial Lending Products And Services, Including Credit Analysis, Loan Structuring, And Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
