  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
  2. Identify and acquire new commercial clients through networking and business development activities.

  4. Analyze and evaluate clients' financial information to identify opportunities for growth and profitability.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.

  7. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively cross-selling and promoting additional products and services to clients.

  9. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
  10. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
  11. Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to increase brand awareness and promote business growth.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of commercial client portfolios, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  14. Collaborate with credit analysts and underwriters to prepare and present credit proposals to the credit committee.
  15. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Job Qualifications
