  8. Monitor and manage the performance of existing commercial client relationships, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  9. Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other performance metrics set by the company.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to promote the brand and develop new business relationships.
  11. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, and effectively communicate and cross-sell them to clients.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all client interactions and transactions.
  13. Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior commercial banking team members.
  15. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for the growth and success of the commercial banking division.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Commercial Banking Or Relationship Management

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services, Including Loans, Lines Of Credit, And Cash Management

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Maintaining Relationships With Commercial Clients

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Analyze And Evaluate Credit Requests And Make Sound Lending Decisions.
