  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to Regions Financial Co.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, serving as their trusted advisor and addressing any concerns or needs they may have.
  3. Continuously monitor and analyze client portfolios to identify opportunities for growth and mitigate potential risks.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit analysts and underwriters, to structure and negotiate commercial loan packages that meet the needs of clients while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  5. Conduct thorough market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to inform and guide client interactions and strategies.
  6. Actively prospect and network to acquire new commercial clients and expand the company's client base.
  7. Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential and existing clients, showcasing the company's products and services.
  8. Monitor and manage the performance of client portfolios, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize profitability.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.
  11. Provide regular reports and updates on client relationships and portfolio performance to senior management.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members on relationship management best practices.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to establish and maintain a strong presence in the market.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Banking Or Relationship Management

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services, Including Commercial Loans And Cash Management Solutions

  • Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Client Relationships, With A Focus On Driving Revenue And Profitability

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Negotiate With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
