  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders involved in the transaction, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any questions or concerns.

  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all closing transactions, including tracking and reporting on closing status and any outstanding items.
  8. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in the closing process.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
  10. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, promoting our brand and values to stakeholders and clients.

Job Qualifications
