  1. Coordinate and manage the closing process for commercial real estate transactions.
  2. Review and organize all necessary documentation for each transaction.
  3. Ensure all required documents are accurate and complete.
  4. Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction, including clients, attorneys, and title companies.
  5. Schedule and attend closing meetings, taking accurate notes and ensuring all necessary signatures are obtained.
  6. Work closely with lenders and underwriters to ensure timely funding of transactions.
  7. Prepare and submit closing packages to appropriate parties.
  8. Conduct thorough reviews of all closing documents to identify any errors or discrepancies.
  9. Collaborate with other departments within the company to gather and provide necessary information for closings.
  10. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail throughout the closing process.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.
  12. Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the closing process.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline the closing process.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Real Estate Law And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of State And Federal Laws Related To Commercial Real Estate Transactions, As Well As Knowledge Of Local Zoning And Land Use Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Closing Coordinator, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With A Variety Of Stakeholders, Including Clients, Attorneys, And Loan Officers. Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Build Relationships Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Attention To Detail And Organizational Skills: Commercial Real Estate Transactions Involve A Significant Amount Of Paperwork And Documentation. The Closing Coordinator Must Be Detail-Oriented And Highly Organized To Ensure All Necessary Documents Are Accurate, Complete, And Submitted In A Timely Manner.

  • Experience In Commercial Real Estate Closings: While Not Necessarily A Requirement, Candidates With Previous Experience In Commercial Real Estate Closings Will Be Highly Preferred. This Experience Can Include Working As A Paralegal, Title Officer, Or Loan Processor In A Commercial Real Estate Setting.
