  1. Manage delinquent accounts: The Collections Recovery Collector will be responsible for effectively managing and recovering delinquent accounts for our clients.
  2. Conduct collections activities: This role requires conducting collections activities to recover outstanding debts from customers, including making phone calls, sending letters, and negotiating payment plans.
  3. Maintain customer relationships: The Collections Recovery Collector will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met throughout the collections process.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulations: It is the responsibility of the Collections Recovery Collector to ensure all collections activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
