Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Banking Or Financial Services, With At Least 2 Years In A Managerial Or Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Closing Processes And Procedures, Including Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Compliance.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.
