- Conduct regular assessments of the business unit's compliance policies and procedures to ensure they align with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Identify potential risks and work with stakeholders to develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide guidance and training to employees within the business unit to promote a culture of compliance and ethical practices.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes to ensure the business unit is in compliance at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any compliance issues or concerns and develop solutions.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in compliance processes.
- Communicate compliance updates and changes to relevant stakeholders within the business unit.
- Conduct internal audits and investigations to ensure compliance is being upheld.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate compliance status and recommendations to senior management.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance matters and provide guidance to other team members as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve compliance processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as needed.

Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Compliance, Risk Management, Or Auditing
Strong Understanding Of Banking Regulations And Laws, Including But Not Limited To Bsa/Aml, Kyc, And Ofac
