  1. Conduct regular assessments of the business unit's compliance policies and procedures to ensure they align with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  2. Identify potential risks and work with stakeholders to develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
  3. Provide guidance and training to employees within the business unit to promote a culture of compliance and ethical practices.
  4. Stay updated on industry regulations and changes to ensure the business unit is in compliance at all times.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any compliance issues or concerns and develop solutions.
  6. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in compliance processes.
  7. Communicate compliance updates and changes to relevant stakeholders within the business unit.
  8. Conduct internal audits and investigations to ensure compliance is being upheld.
  9. Create reports and presentations to communicate compliance status and recommendations to senior management.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance matters and provide guidance to other team members as needed.
  11. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve compliance processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as needed.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
  15. Attend training and professional development opportunities to stay current on compliance best practices and industry standards.

Job Qualifications
