Regions Financial Co. is looking for a Business Transformation Risk Partner to join our team and help lead our risk management efforts.In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring processes to ensure the successful execution of business transformation strategies. You will work closely with senior management to identify, assess, manage, and report on strategic risk exposures.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or financial services. You should have a thorough understanding of risk management principles, including the ability to identify, analyze, and manage risks in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and monitor processes to ensure successful execution of business transformation strategies.
  2. Identify, assess, manage, and report on strategic risk exposures.
  3. Work closely with senior management to identify and analyze risks.
  4. Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
  5. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of risk management principles.
  6. Monitor and analyze risk management performance.
  7. Provide timely and accurate risk reporting and analysis to senior management.
  8. Create and maintain a risk management database.
  9. Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
