  1. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our business systems to ensure they meet the needs of our organization and clients.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiencies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, analyze data, and develop solutions to meet business needs.
  4. Lead and manage a team of business systems analysts to deliver high-quality systems and solutions.
  5. Monitor and track system performance and identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in business systems to drive innovation and ensure our systems remain competitive.
  7. Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials to ensure proper usage and understanding of our business systems.
  8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior management to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns related to business systems.
  9. Develop and enforce standards and procedures for system testing, implementation, and maintenance to ensure quality and consistency.
  10. Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to implement and integrate new systems and technologies.
  11. Provide guidance and support to end-users on system functionality and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  12. Continuously evaluate and assess the performance and effectiveness of our business systems and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
  13. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to bridge any communication gaps and ensure business needs are met.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team to promote growth and development.
  15. Uphold the values and mission of Regions Financial Co. and serve as a positive representative of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Business Systems Management Or Related Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management And Implementation.
