  1. Lead and manage a team: Responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of employees to achieve branch goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Drive branch success: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and meet or exceed branch goals.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service: Ensure that all customers are greeted and served in a professional and timely manner. Address and resolve any customer concerns or issues.
  4. Achieve sales goals: Utilize sales techniques and strategies to drive business and meet or exceed sales goals. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Understand banking industry: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to effectively promote and sell to customers.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships: Foster relationships with customers and local businesses to generate new business and retain existing customers.
  7. Train and mentor employees: Provide guidance, support, and training to employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their job effectively.
  8. Ensure compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  9. Communicate effectively: Maintain open communication with employees, customers, and upper management to ensure a smooth operation and address any issues or concerns.
