  1. Lead and manage the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective functioning of all processes.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve growth targets and increase profitability of the branch.
  3. Foster a positive and customer-focused culture within the branch, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
  5. Hire, train, and supervise branch staff, instilling a high level of motivation and accountability to meet performance targets.
  6. Monitor and analyze branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to achieve company-wide goals and objectives.
  9. Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  10. Continuously assess market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  11. Prepare and present reports on branch performance to senior management.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to staff.
  13. Maintain a thorough understanding of all financial products and services offered by the company.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at community events and functions.
  15. Stay updated on industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and inform decision making.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Banking Or Financial Services, With At Least 2 Years In A Managerial Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Goals And Driving Profitability.

  • Knowledge Of Banking Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
