  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  2. Meet or exceed sales goals by actively prospecting and identifying new business opportunities.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of clients' financial and business profiles to determine the most appropriate financing options through Ascentium Capital.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, concerns, and requests from clients.
  5. Build and maintain a strong network of referral sources to generate new leads and drive business growth.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and credit departments, to ensure timely and accurate processing of client applications.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively position Ascentium Capital's services and offerings.
  8. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients, showcasing the benefits and value of Ascentium Capital's financing solutions.
  9. Continuously monitor and track client accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and status of deals in the company's CRM system.
  11. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including but not limited to ethical and legal standards.
  12. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to sales, finance, and the company's products and services.
  13. Represent Ascentium Capital at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and expand the company's reach.
  14. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop and implement effective strategies to attract and retain clients.
  15. Uphold the company's values of integrity, excellence, and teamwork in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Services, Including Loans, Investments, And Insurance.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Direct Sales Experience In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Negotiate With Clients.
