Learning & Development Manager

The Learning & Development Manager will provide leadership for the Learning & Development Specialists and will be responsible for the creating, launching and evaluating the success of L&D initiatives and programs throughout Regal. Implement learning strategies and programs. Manage L&D relationship with vendors. Execute learning strategies and programs. Assist Director of Talent Management in evaluating individual and organizational development needs. Lead various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training). Lead team to design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
