You should also have a strong understanding of current mortgage industry trends and regulations. A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred but not required.You should be comfortable working independently and have excellent customer service skills. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
