The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of residential homes, including their maintenance and repair. They must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.The Home Inspector at Redfin will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections of residential homes and informing customers of any issues that may need to be addressed. They must be able to identify and document any potential health, safety, or structural issues, as well as provide accurate and timely reports. The successful candidate will also have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.The minimum qualifications for this position include a high school diploma, experience in home inspection and maintenance, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license. The ideal candidate will have experience with using home inspection software and have the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs is also a plus.
