They will be responsible for preparing closing documents, coordinating with closing agents, preparing closing packages, and managing the closing funds. The Closing Specialist will also be responsible for reviewing closing documents for accuracy and completeness and ensuring that all parties are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in the mortgage and/or real estate industry. They should also have a strong understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to closing transactions.
