Red Lobster is looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager, with an eagerness to foster a positive work environment and an eye for detail, to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that guests have a great experience, and that our employees are delivering excellent service.We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and has a proven leadership track record. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role. Additionally, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a team. A bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of employees to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality and safety standards in the restaurant.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and maximize profits.
- Manage and review inventory and supplies.
- Train and evaluate employees to ensure they are knowledgeable of restaurant policies and procedures.
- Create and manage the restaurant’s budget.
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain compliance with all local health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
