Job Description

Red Lobster is looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry, has a proven track record of success, and is eager to take on new challenges.The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience, as well as a strong knowledge of food and beverage operations. The successful candidate should also possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to effectively manage staff. We are looking for a leader who is self-motivated and organized, with a positive attitude and the ability to build a positive team environment. Responsibilities for this position include:

• Establishing and maintaining excellent customer service standards • Creating and implementing policies and procedures for restaurant operations • Recruiting, training, and supervising restaurant staff • Managing restaurant expenses, budgets, and other financials • Developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to attract new customers • Monitoring restaurant performance and making changes as necessary • Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and current best practices
