Job Description

Red Lobster is looking for a Restaurant Manager to take charge of our restaurant operations and ensure that guests have the best possible experience. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff, creating a positive atmosphere, and maintaining the highest standards of service.To succeed in this role, you must have a positive attitude, a commitment to excellent customer service, and strong leadership skills. Previous experience in a similar role and a food safety certification are also required. A degree in hospitality management or a related field is highly desirable. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, customer service, food safety, and inventory management.
  2. Train and supervise staff to ensure the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  3. Create a positive atmosphere for customers and staff.
  4. Monitor customer feedback and address customer complaints and inquiries promptly.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  6. Ensure that restaurant is adequately stocked with supplies and equipment.
  7. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.
  8. Prepare and manage the restaurant budget.
  9. Monitor sales figures and analyze market trends to anticipate customer needs.
