Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, customer service, food safety, and inventory management.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor customer feedback and address customer complaints and inquiries promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure that restaurant is adequately stocked with supplies and equipment.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.
- Prepare and manage the restaurant budget.
- Monitor sales figures and analyze market trends to anticipate customer needs.
