Job Description

As the Restaurant Manager at Red Lobster, you will give guests a delicious and memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for creating a restaurant culture focused on hospitality, service, and team spirit. You will be the leader of the team and have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our guests and team members.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service and multitasking skills, strong leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and a memorable dining experience.
  2. Create a restaurant culture focused on hospitality, service, and team spirit.
  3. Ensure restaurant operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  4. Handle customer complaints and disputes professionally.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  6. Monitor food quality and safety standards.
  7. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty and revenue.
  8. Monitor restaurant expenses and control costs.
  9. Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  10. Implement service procedures and policies to ensure quality and consistency.
